Av. dos Aliados → Airport. For anyone arriving or leaving in the small hours, outside metro and daytime bus schedules.
Urban and regional trains across the north of Portugal — Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro and more.
Local shops
SPAR Carlos Alberto, ~8 minutes' walk, for everyday shopping. My Auchan, at Largo dos Lóios, a few minutes away, for bigger shops. Jardim da Cordoaria — right next door — is also the starting point for the direct airport buses. The nightlife on Rua das Galerias de Paris is ~6 minutes' walk: close enough to enjoy, far enough to come home to quiet (the apartment is on the 3rd floor, rear-facing, shielded from street noise).
